Samedan

We were allowed to acquire the former Hotel Quadratscha, a well-kept 4-star hotel, in 2021. It sits in an exceptional location right in the bustling town of Samedan. Samedan is a stone throw away from St Moritz and is the village where the locals prefer to live. It has an airport, a brand new Migros complex, the main hospital, the regional administrative centre, and even a golf course. We transformed the hotel into apartments with a total of 1’570 net m2, and concluded our work in August 2022. The property has been fully rented since completion.
