Turnqey is a real estate developer boasting a decade-long legacy of value creation. Our adept team, bringing together over 40 years of expertise in financing, investment, and development, operates from both our Swiss headquarters and a dynamic London office.

Turnqey adopt a hands-on development approach and we’ve successfully built a robust reputation, with a portfolio now valued at £30 million (circa) in London and a track record of delivering 20 properties in Switzerland (£130 million). What sets us apart is our distinctive strategy that encourages direct investor engagement, coupled with our Swiss-centric precision.

History...

Founded in Switzerland, Turnqey has established a portfolio of properties valued at £130 million. Over the past decade, the group has acquired support from numerous family offices, asset managers, and private investors, playing a pivotal role in our success. Our vision was to introduce Swiss precision, emphasising well crafted developments, to the larger UK real estate market.

Present...

In 2022, Turnqey identified London as a prime European city for acquiring and developing a new portfolio. The strategic decision was supported by the UK’s highly liquid real estate market, which is sharper to react to economic events than other countries.  Subsequently, in 2023, Turnqey launched its London office and surged forward with the initiation of two property developments valued at approximately £30 million. It has also identified a portfolio pipeline, valued at an additional £125 million. By acquiring properties in exceptional yet undervalued locations for redevelopment, Turnqey is rapidly gaining momentum in the UK market.

Management Team

With more than 40 years of collective experience in property development, investment and finance, our management team consists of seasoned real estate experts. They actively lead each stage of the project, employing a hands-on approach to drive the development objectives and maximise investment returns.  Sharing core values of experience, continuity, professionalism and transparency, the management team are united in their vision to drive Turnqey’s continued international success.

Tony Andersson

Co-manager and General Partner

Tony Andersson is the managing partner of Turnqey. He is a seasoned real estate developer and has close to 20 years of financing and investment experience from UBS, Pictet, Nordea and other asset managers. Before co-founding Turnqey, Tony was a portfolio manager for a multi strategy investment fund. He has earned the CFA designation and holds a MSc. in Engineering Physics with studies at ETH Zürich, Vienna University of Technology, and others.

Christopher Lilliefelth

Co-manager and General Partner

Christopher Lilliefelth is the co-founder and acting Chairman of Turnqey. Christopher has over 20 years of real estate development experience in Switzerland and UK and has executed real estate transactions in excess of CHF 350mn. Prior to founding his own development group Narva, he was involved in the media industry and other development projects outside of Switzerland. Christopher has studied at Stockholm School of Economics as well as Lund University in Sweden.
