OurStrategy
We are dedicated to creating low and middle-income housing in Switzerland. By focusing on potential markets, we are able to find better value and protect ourselves from potential declines in transaction prices. Our strategy of capital deployment across multiple small to mid-sized developments in various regions ensures diversification. Our apartments typically rent for 800-1500 francs per month. In addition to new builds, we also have a focus on refurbishing, using as much of the existing material as possible to maintain the structure and historical architecture.
The United Kingdom is a natural expansion market where we can apply our development skillset in a larger and more opportunistic market. We have built a network of experienced local partners who share our core values.

Tony Andersson

Managing Partner

Tony Andersson is the managing partner of Turnqey Capital AG. He is a seasoned real estate developer and has close to 20 years of financing and investment experience from UBS, Pictet, Nordea and other asset managers. Before co-founding Turnqey, Tony was a portfolio manager for a multi strategy investment fund. He has earned the CFA designation and holds a MSc. in Engineering Physics with studies at ETH Zürich, Vienna University of Technology, and others.

Chairman

Christopher Lilliefelth is the co-founder and acting Chairman of Turnqey Capital AG. Christopher has over 15 years of real estate development experience in Switzerland and UK and has done real estate transactions in excess of CHF 350mn. Prior to founding his own development group Narva, he was involved in the media industry and other development projects outside of Switzerland. Christopher has studied at Stockholm School of Economics as well as Lund University in Sweden.
